- At the end of the day, sit down and try to recount the variety of feelings you experienced that day. Do not just focus on the most dominant ones. Really focus on distinguishing the variety of feelings you always have access to.

- Spend 10 minutes practicing somatic movement. Somatic movement is body movement performed consciously with the intention of focusing on the internal experience rather than the external appearance or result of the movement. Just move your body freely and safely.

When I wanted answers I started waking up at 444
So many times I would know it was 444 before looking at the clock, I would also wake up at 333.
This was the beginning for me. I was raised with religious fear and I knew that there was more to it than what I was being taught from my Mother and her church. The 444 started waking me up early about 4 years ago. I would denounce god and religion multiple times. I began to look in the sky at night and ask for signs and that’s when It started. I would wake up at 444 and think nothing of it until it kept happening, I even heard a whisper in my ear once either at 444 or 333 am. I appreciate you and the Universe/infinite/god/source!!!
I was waking up at 4:44. My sleep has been funny that way for over 2 weeks. I was being assured that all was alright and I had to keep looking inside. I also had to decide to drop folks. Meaning situations. I did that. Once I did that, you came into my life on FB. I meditate everyday. I have been doing many meditations. I also do Ho’oponopono meditation. I wrote a book, made my introduction. Then my next message was, stay still, relax. I was doing the HOW thing. 4:44 stayed with me till I stopped the HOW on publishing and getting the book ready. As I listened your tapes all changed. I felt in the right place now. I was being downloaded. I felt my spirit guides showing me each step. I do get excited and now, I am calmer. I am settling within. Meditation is my way of doing my free will with love in all situations. I know when i am unsettled right away. Most of the time am not now. So, thank you again for these lessens of understanding the numbers with clarity Good Teacher. I recognize the Inner being in us. Now I know what 444 means.
I don’t remember waking up at exactly 4:44, although it was 4 am something, this morn.
However, for the past two days, in the afternoon between 3 PM and 5 PM I have noticed first 222 then 4222 and today 444.
I’m not waking up at 444 but the number is haunting me never the less and lately, I been seeing lots of references to goats. I saw a real goat randomly in the city of Detroit in the parking lot of whole foods. soon as I pulled off I saw a woman with goat horns on. then a few days later a friend sent me a pic from a party and the person in front of her had on horns. then I was watching something and the person in the video said the word goat. my fiance even was watching a video about people whole are the goat and I overheard it. all this was back to back between this week and last week. for the past 3 weeks, I have been seeing 444 pop up everywhere. I looked up the meaning of goat and it basically said good luck and abundance. I looked up 444 and it said I’m on the right path just keep doing what im doing. today I saw 7:11 on the clock. I read it and it said they see my work and im doing goood keep doing my visualizations and meditations. I knew then I wasn’t going to win tonight but Im on the right path.
when you add up the time I last commented it adds up 13 and that breaks down to a 4. all my numbers this year are a four. my personal year and everything. its haunting me lol.

Alderbaren is in the bulls eye eye of god the watchtower of the east. Micheal is the angel of that tower. 444 hz equals orange on the color scale. orange is the color of fire and flame. it represents the red of passion tempered by the yellow of wisdom ,Fire of God.
What if you are just seeing the number all the time, not waking up at that time? Is it the same meaning still?
