FREEDOM FROM THE EGO:
If you listen to the ego, there will always be someone doing better than you. No matter what you gain, the ego will not let you rest. It will tell you that you cannot stop until you’ve left an indelible mark on the earth, until you’ve achieved immortality.
How tricky is this ego that it would tempt us with a promise of something we already possess?
“If you are free from ego, then you are being yourself.When you observe your inner state, observing your own mind in silent detachment, the ego begins to dissolve all by itself.
This state of awareness is also known as present moment awareness, or conscious presence.Awareness Sets You Free From Ego.
Watch your thoughts and emotions. Observe them without judgement. Once a judgement of a thought or emotion comes in, or any resistance to what is occurring within you arises, then the ego has returned, pretending to be you again.
The moment you become aware of your thoughts or emotions, you break your identification with them. They may still be there, but you will no longer identify with them.
The only power in this world which guarantees freedom is:
Forgiveness
It overcomes negativity.
It is able to defeat hatred and the EGO.Forgive yourself of your past,this allows a new present moment awareness.
The past is not the real you,its the EGO’s own identification of WHO it thinks you are.The real you is connected to God/Universe through your higher self.
The real you can create infinite possibilities and opportunities for a spectacular life.
The EGO cannot do this because of its conscious limitations. You associate yourself with the ego hence cutting off your true power to create.
But more than that, forgiveness opens a channel for you to access your higher mind and gain access to special levels of freedom you’ve never thought possible.
