Do you struggle to visualize or feel what you desire as if it were already true?

When any of my coaching clients are struggling with this very issue, the first thing we do is work on getting emotional!

Here’s why…

If you aren’t emotional and excited about your Ultimate Vision then you are staying in your rational mind when you focus on it and your rational mind doesn’t dwell in the land of emotions.

So how do you get out of your conscious, thinking, rationalizing mind and get emotional and excited about your vision?

let me give you a few tips to get you going:

Tip #1: Suspend Your Disbelief

every day for just 5-15 minutes, suspend your disbelief and focus on your ultimate vision. The subconscious doesn’t know the difference between what is real and imagined,it must prove you to be right as long as you can feel it.

Tip #2 Pretend:

When you were a kid, did you ever play ‘Let’s pretend’? What was the result? You jumped in 100% and played it out — I guarantee you committed to ‘pretending’ and I also guarantee you didn’t sit there judging yourself thinking you were ridiculous because what you were pretending wasn’t real.

PRETEND…jump into it, play the movie in your mind of you living your ultimate vision — what does it feel like? What are the thoughts you think? What actions do you take?

Tip 3 Use Music:

Plain and simple Music puts us in an emotional state. We use music to put us in specific emotional states all the time. AND when a certain song reminds you of a specific time or event in your life you are able to instantly hop into that state. USE MUSIC to get into the emotional state you need to be in in order to suspend your disbelief and pretend. 5 to 15min a day to practice these exercises will form a new reality map within your subconscious and it must prove you right by attracting that desired reality so you may experience it.

Hi Mark, I have gone through all of the courses, I have listened and followed all of your advise but lately I haven’t been able to really focus and visualize. I’m also having trouble trying to feel as if I already have it. I have been focused on getting rid of limited beliefs which is “lack” but when I start visualizing, I can’t seem to stay in the moment. Any advise would be so appreciated. Thanks.

Instead of visualizing and not being sure if you’re doing it correctly or not – recite affirmations – words have power – just as much as any method of visualization.

        Wow…Thank you! I will try that…
