YOUR REALITY IS SHAPED BY YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS AND THE DIRECTOR IS YOUR HIGHER SELF:

Even before the birth of modern neuroscience, Sigmund Freud theorized that what we call objective reality is actually shaped in part by our subconscious. And he was able to do this simply by observing the behavior of people from the outside. Are you aware that 90% of reality lies in the subconscious mind?

When you look at a picture of an iceberg, where 10% of it is above water and the other 90% is below water, that is how your mind works. Only 10% of your “mental software”, or the way you think, is in the conscious mind (you are aware of it).One example of how our objective reality may not be all that objective is the way in which we perceive timeTime, for example, is supposed to be an objective measurement, but we experience it subjectively.Meditation is the best way to train our mind to be a more precise, better quality, higher functioning data filter, making you a more mindful, happy person in the process. When Albert Einstein was working on the modern theory of relativity, reports claimed that he would lay down on the couch waiting for inspirational thoughts to enter his mind.

A DUMMIES GUIDE FOR BEGINNERS IN MEDITATION:

– sit up or lay up in a relax position

– close your eyes and now instruct your EGO mind to do a job

– The EGO’s job will be to watch You inhale and exhale repeatedly. Doing this distracts your ego from producing any negative or doubtful thoughts.

– The way is now clear for the higher self to align with you.Let all thoughts and information now flow in freely without judgment. This is a great and quick way to mediate. You can do this in two minutes (congratulations you’ve just meditated and connected to your higher self alignment😆😀)

That’s a beautiful and well broken down description of the roles of the conscious and subconscious play in the process of manifesting. The iceberg analogy was very helpful in seeing the big Picture.

I had a question about this which you just answered, so that means I can’t visualize while I meditate, am I correct?

I like this. Thank you, Mark

Thanks for this information. People always say, they don’t have time, to meditate, you just showed us how, we can use, just two short minutes, to clear our mind. Awesome!!!
