WHAT IS THE LAW OF ATTRACTION AND HOW DOES IT WORK:

it is a natural law that operates in all areas, and its meaning is: in a universe that is made of electric vibrating energy, there are magnetic laws that create attraction between similar beings and vibrations.

The Law of Attraction refers to all levels of existence, starting at gravitation, moving on to the way the stars move in their course and going all the way to a thought that attracts a similar thought and a feeling that attracts more of the same.

Our individual existence is created in accordance with the energy of our thoughts and feelings. They create a certain vibration that is transmitted out to the cosmos and that draws to our lives people, situations, and experiences that are similar.

A little bit about the energy and how the Law of Attraction integrates with it

According to the idea of Conservation of Energy, we know that the energy has a few main features: it will always be in movement, it has always existed and always will exist, and there is no option to erase or cancel it, only to shift it from place to place or switch it with a different energy.

The Law of Attraction’s role is to propel this energy. The Law of Attraction functions under this code: all that is vibrationally similar will be attracted to one another.

1. Give yourself permission to want what you want.

As far as I know, the Universe has not provided us with a rule book that dictates when we deserve to hope for a raise, to make more money or to have the relationship we want. I am pretty sure that such a rule book does not exist. We decide what we deserve. No one else does.

.2 Be willing to doubt your doubts.

The truth is, the whole Universe is being managed while we are watching TV, shopping, and mowing the lawn. There are so many things in the Universe that work perfectly without us doing anything about it. We are not in charge of the weather, the sky, the oceans or earthquakes, yet we are gullible enough to not believe in miracles. The only limit is in our minds. Our conditioned, human minds. Just accepting this idea and reminding yourself of this fact will consistently help you wave away doubts.

3. Be really willing to receive.

You might think, “Duh! Of course I want to receive it. I am asking for it, aren’t I?” Truthfully, that does not mean that you are willing to receive it into your life, heart and body. Look for and challenge limiting beliefs.Use end thinking watching a movie of its highest potential in your mind (visualizing yourself living/having it) and seeing how far you allow yourself go in your mind until you start feeling deserving or comfortable.

4. Pick and choose who you share your dreams with.

There are people out there whose volunteer gig is dream-crushing. For whatever reason, they can’t go beyond their own conditioning of what can or cannot happen in life. If you are the kind of person who needs a lot of encouragement and gets easily affected by others’ negative comments, be very discretionary about who you share your goals, dreams and aspirations with, especially when they are in the gestation period. Protect the soil where you planted the seed for your dreams. Don’t let others’ hang ups about what is possible in life contaminate your vision.

5. Do your inner work.

Our core beliefs are like the gateway to our experience of life. Many beliefs are formed when we are too young to have the experience base to know or judge if those beliefs are facts. We didn’t have a choice in the matter as we were growing up. But now as adults, we have the power to upgrade our belief system, and thus, change our lives for the better. Look for outdated, limiting beliefs in an area of life where you could use an upgrade. Pay attention to your judgments. Especially about things like happy couples, rich people, skinny women, etc. Your awareness of your judgments will lead you to what your subconscious is holding. Challenge and clear up these outdated beliefs that you find.

6. Take inspired action.

When it comes to “doing something” to move your dream along, the golden rule is to take inspired (in-spirit-ed) action. Meaning, staying open and alert to messages you receive from the Universe and following that fluttery feeling towards action that feels right. That inspired action sometimes comes as an unexpected nudge to call up a friend from college, who used to be very active in fundraising for nonprofits (if you are looking to start a nonprofit organization, for example). It is nice to have a plan and by any means, utilize plans in any way you can. Just don’t rely solely on your conditioned mind to manifest goodness in your life. Your Higher self guidance will move you faster than you anything you can mind.The higher self is connected to all there is and all that can be.

Depression, pain, fear, doubt and worry are gifts that say “take a look at what you are thinking right now. You’re living in a story that is not true for you. When we get caught in the dream or the illusion, we try to alter and manipulate the stressful feeling rather than deal with the thought behind it. That’s why I say that any negative emotion is an alarm clock that is designed to wake you up to the fact that there’s a thought that you may want to investigate and get rid of. Inquiry and investigation of any thought that is untrue will always lead you back to happiness and who you really are.

If you put your hand in a fire does anyone have to tell you to move it? Do you have to decide? No! When your hand starts to burn, it moves. You don’t have to direct it. The hand moves itself. In the
same way, once you understand through inquiry and investigation of any thought or story that is untrue and realize it is causing you suffering, you will move away from it.

It is simple logic. Before the thought you were not suffering. With the thought you are suffering. When you recognize the thought isn’t true, you will go back to not suffering and return to happiness.

Self inquiry is the way to end all suffering and to experience peace, even in a world of apparent chaos. Above all else, self inquiry is about realizing that all the answers you will ever need are inside of you and are always available to you if you are willing to give up your story.

Our thoughts, desires, and intentions are instantaneous. Their unfoldings, however, are not so instant.

What time actually is is the intrinsic measurement that naturally takes place between the distance of two events, represented as points.

An easy way to illustrate what time actually is, is to first assume time doesn’t exist at all. It has no value, no worth; pretend you’ve never heard of the concept at all.

Now, you’ve got two points. At one point you were standing on one side of town, and at another point you were on the opposite end. What took place between you being at location A and location B was time. You can’t escape linear time while inside of it, because it’s a naturally occurring tool for measurement of the conditioned mind. You cannot physically move an inch in space without time elapsing. They’re relationship is intrinsic and intertwined.

Now here’s the kicker: the amount of time which elapses between manifestation of your goal and your present moment is going to be equally proportionate to your current state of being.

If you’re naturally optimistic and in no rush, you’ll manifest synchronicity at a faster and faster rate, because your beliefs aren’t creating resistance and blocking immediate environmental responses to your shift.Synchronicities are like snacks to keep you going until your full main course meal are ready.

If you’re impatient (like most of the world is), you’re just feeding the LoA more of what you don’t want. Basically what your state of being is resonating with is “give me more waiting”, which is exactly what you end up manifesting (instead of what you actually want).

You’re such a sensitive soul that as well as your own dose of the January Blues, you risk empathically absorbing everybody else’s too! Creating strong boundaries and saying “no” to things you know won’t serve you will help hugely.

Laugh more! This releases endorphins which will lift your mood making you even more resilient.

Going With The Flow

We often talk about “going with the flow”. Why? Because that is what you were created to do! Think about this…everything that has been created has a natural flow and when it operates in that flow there is no struggle.

Water does not struggle to flow.
Grass does not struggle to grow.
Wind does not struggle to blow.
Rain does not struggle to fall.
Sun does not struggle to shine.
Earth does not struggle to rotate.
Flowers do not struggle to bloom.

What does this tell us? Struggle is unnatural. Why sentence ourselves to a life of struggle when it is clearly unnatural?

In short, struggle is a “learned response” that has been taught to us by those who are in a trance of struggle. This “learned response” has become an UNCONSCIOUS HABITUAL PATTERN. And this pattern repeats in every area of our life – health, wealth, love etc.

Awareness is the first step to making any change in our lives. If you are aware that struggle is not “normal” and that it is a learned UNCONSCIOUS HABITUAL PATTERN, you can CONSCIOUSLY make the choice not to live your life paddling upstream.

Focus your attention on this; NOTHING YOU WANT IS UPSTREAM! Everything you want is DOWNSTREAM. This means you do not have to struggle (paddle up stream) to have it. All you need to do is put your boat in the stream and let it carry you. In fact, you don’t need to paddle at all. Even if your boat is pointed in the wrong direction (upstream), as soon as you stop paddling gravity and the stream will turn your boat around without any effort on your part. Then you will be going in the direction where everything you desire takes place,this is the art of ALLOWANCE.Once you begin to understand the natural quantum laws of the universe manifestation becomes effortless because you are in the flow of allowance.Allow your higher self to take over and put you in the flow.The higher self is part of the natural quantum laws of the universe and it CANNOT STRUGGLE in fact it is IMPOSSIBLE to struggle when the higher self is in command 🙂
